With the sixth pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, in the New York Giants select Daniel Jones, quarterback from Duke University.

Ever since Roger Goodell muttered these words, New York Giants fans have waited for this day. But, has it come sooner than expected? Likely. Eli Manning has finally been benched in New York, and this week is the beginning of a new era for the Giants, the NFC East, and the NFL depending on Jones’ play.

On PointsBet Sportsbook this week, there is a terrific odds boost that will help you build your bankroll. In honor of Daniel Jones’ first NFL start, PointsBet has lowered the odds of Jones throwing one or more touchdowns from -335 to +100! PointsBet is calling it the “Daniel Jones Giant TD Booster”, so be sure to take advantage! Boosts like this are a terrific way to build your bankroll, and enable you to make more risky bets with your winnings. PointsBet continues to differentiate themselves from other NJ online sportsbooks with these unique offers.

BET THIS BOOSTED DANIEL JONES PROP HERE!

Will Jones Throw One or More TD’s?

In short? He is likely to, yes. The Giants will take on the Bucs on Sunday, with hopes that Daniel Jones throws his first career TD and helps us cash in on a prop!

With that being said, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have only allowed one passing touchdown so far this season through two weeks. Jimmy Garoppolo and Cam Newton have not played well against this Tampa Bay Bucs secondary, but that seems to be exceptions to the rule, and not the rule itself. Jimmy G threw a TD in Week 1, and the 49ers won in a rout….so there was no need for them to throw the football late in the game. Garoppolo only had 27 attempts.

In Week 2, Newton looked horrible on Thursday Night football, but he still threw for 333 yards after missing throw after throw. Greg Olsen had 110 yards receiving, Curtis Samuel had 91 yards receiving and D.J. Moore had 89. The Bucs’ defense has good overall numbers against quarterbacks, but it’s a bit misleading.

The Giants and Bucs have a combined expected total of 48 points, which is just shy of seven touchdown passes. The likelihood of seven touchdowns being scored with one quarterback having zero is small, so feel free to unload on this prop for Daniel Jones.

Expect to cash this bet, and build your bankroll. A boost from -335 to +100 is terrific, and a great promo from PointsBet!
