First Overall Pick Odds

The most popular NFL Draft betting prediction each year is which player will be the #1 pick. The Arizona Cardinals have the #1 pick and all signs point to them drafting QB Kyler Murray and trading away current QB Josh Rosen. Murray comes in as the overwhelming favorite to be the #1 pick at 7/1 odds.

Ohio State defensive end Nick Bosa may be one the best all-around athletes in the 2019 NFL Draft, but team needs are not in his favor. Bosa is listed at 4/1 odds to be the #1 pick in the NFL Draft. These odds are certainly worth a flyer as trades can be extremely unpredictable on draft day.

KYLER MURRAY NFL DRAFT ODDS

Since he declared that he has been fully committed to football rather than baseball where he already has a contract with the Oakland Athletics, Murray has been highly regarded as being the top overall choice in this year’s draft class currently holding 2/9 odds from BetStars NJ to be that choice.

This has put him as the heavy favorite to earn that honor, which is especially the case with the Arizona Cardinals holding the top overall spot with their new head coach Kliff Kingsbury, who had previously spoken highly of Murray stating that he would take him with the first overall pick.

It also helps that the rumors around possibly moving Josh Rosen have continued to persist as teams such as the New England Patriots, New York Giants, and Los Angeles Chargers have all been linked to the former UCLA quarterback.

Simply put, Murray has been the clear-cut choice for the spot, which BetStars Sportsbook has the next likely options for the top overall selection being Nick Bosa at 10/3, Quinnen Williams at 8/1, and Josh Allen at 12/1. All of this has clearly laid out the 2018 Heisman trophy winner as the presumptive choice.

CARDINALS & RAIDERS 2019 NFL DRAFT ODDS

Throughout this entire pre-draft process, the AZ Cardinals have been laid out as the expected landing spot for Kyler Murray. BetStars has hopped on that assumption as well putting them well ahead of the pack at 3/10 odds. The Cardinals are certainly lined up to take him given they hold the first overall pick along with the continued rumors of their high interest in him only further fuel that.

Meanwhile, the next team that has been most linked to Murray has been the Oakland Raiders, who BetStars has with the second-best odds to land him at 10/3. The Raiders may have a starting quarterback in place with Derek Carr, but it hasn’t stopped this dialogue as head coach

Jon Gruden may want to groom his own young talent at the position for the long haul of his stay with the team. Nonetheless, the Cardinals are in the driver seat to determine if Murray will be their next franchise quarterback.

DWAYNE HASKINS NFL DRAFT ODDS

With it all but solidified that Murray will be the top overall selection in 2019 NFL draft, former Ohio State standout quarterback Dwayne Haskins has been widely pegged as the second quarterback that will be taken.

There are several other teams that have interest in finding their next quarterback that could move up to snag him. The frontrunner in that regard has been the NY Giants, who have been slated by many as the likely landing spot including Bet Stars that has them at 33/20 odds. Behind them in that regard have been the Miami Dolphins at 5/2 odds then followed by the Raiders at 5/1, and Washington Redskins at 6/1.

New York has already held a pre-draft interview with Haskins and were at his Pro Day workout earlier this month. All the telling signs are that if they are unable to snag Rosen from the Cardinals, the Giants will make a move to get the former Buckeye to be their future at the position after Eli Manning.

First Running Back Drafted Odds

Alabama running back is the massive favorite here to be the first RB taken in the 2019 NFL Draft at -525 odds. The value of RB’s in the NFL Draft has dropped rapidly throughout the years as NFL teams focus on high powered passing schemes.

Josh Jacobs is projected to go in the late first round or early second round of the 2019 draft. PSU running back Miles Sanders has been projected into the 2nd or 3rd round by most mock drafts.

Josh Jacobs -525
Miles Sanders +650

Justice Hill +1800
Devin Singletary +2200
Darrell Henderson +2500
Benny Snell Jr.+4000
Rodney Anderson +5000
Myles Gaskin +5000
